On Day 240 of my sobriety journey, I took some time to talk about the busy schedule I'm juggling now that my workout sessions are fully booked. Balancing intense training with proper rest is crucial, and I'm still adjusting. I even wondered if there was a reason behind my surfboard breaking—it may have been a sign that I needed to slow down and focus on recovery.

I also shared some thoughts on the future of the channel. After completing one year of daily videos and one year of sobriety, the focus will shift towards showcasing how to live a sober life while exploring the beauty of Sri Lanka. Expect surfing adventures, discussions on sobriety, and tours of nature, animals, and popular tourist spots in the southern region of the country!

As for today's music, I listened to "Danger" by Tom MacDonald & Nova Rockafeller (GFBF). The track gave me mixed feelings. It reminded me of some older tracks by Tom—definitely not bad, but it didn’t hit the spot for me right now. Still, I love seeing Tom and Nova collaborate, as they bring so much passion and energy into their music.
