Fear of Love

The truth is so simple when we go straight to the point

Fear or Love

Words to describe Love as a feeling - Joy, Peace, Happiness, Calmness, Bliss, Heaven, Stillness
Words to describe Fear as a feeling - Worried, Angered, Scared, Triggered, Frustrated, Anxious, Annoyed

These are all descriptions of from the mind describing how we feel within the body

Where do our feelings arrive from?

First there is an Action which is our Soul. From our experience something has taking place in the outside world, from others, or from us

From the action (Soul) there is then a Re-Action (Mind)
We hear someone say something, and the reaction is of offence, we get triggered or annoyed. These labels all come from the mind

From the Reaction of our thoughts, the feelings follow. We experience Emotions. Feelings in motion (the feelings of the Body)

If we go beyond meaning, take the mind out of the way and go Straight to the Point, which is to say, Straight to the Truth

The Soul is only Love, so if the feeling is not love, it will always be Ego

The Bible also confirms this

John 4:18
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

Any feeling inside the body that is not Love as a feeling is Sadness.

Every emotion we try to label will still end back with Sadness. Sadness is a flush, Sadness is the release

Any other label of the will remain in the body

Love or Fear from the Mind = Love or Sadness within the Body

Sadness is a Soulful emotion, so if you are unable to explain why you are feeling the discomfort, allow yourself to experience Sadness/

Stillness is the best place to experience Sadness

Notice what comes up for you.

When you get the opportunity, listen back a second time with your your eyes closed and experience the difference
