Musketry is the prior term for Service Conditions, describing combat and field shooting learned after a course in marksmanship. Despite being from 1935, this still has relevant lessons today. These include Range Estimation, Target Designation, Landscape Target Firing, Ballistics/Characteristics of Fire, Fields of Fire and Fire Control(Distributed/Concentrated Fires), and Field Firing (Skirmishing).
