The 21 kg (50 Ib) king penguin is going viral and causing an influx of visitors to Melbourne’s aquarium. Pesto weighs more than both of his parents combined and is the largest chick the aquarium has ever had. SEA LIFE Melbourne has confirmed Pesto’s viral appeal has been driving up ticket sales. Spokeswoman Olivia Wilson said the company has received messages on social media from people booking flights to Melbourne just to visit Pesto. She said people seem to really relate to this chunky guy.”
