Artist couple brighten up Israeli bomb shelters

From playgrounds to the side of roads and beaches, portable concrete bomb shelters are everywhere in northern Israel's Nahariya due to the threat of Hezbollah rockets. But new immigrants Lidia and Igor Katliarski have set themselves a mission: to erase the 'gloom' of the structures to instead bring 'positivity', one brush stroke at a time.
