God bless you. Denominations are not mentioned in the Bible. There is only one church, God's church with Christ at its head. The Early Church and the church Of God. No matter what physical church you attend, if you are born again and claim Jesus Christ as your personal savior, you are a member of The Church Of God. The Church Of God is mentioned over and over again in scripture: Let’s read 1 Corinthians 1:2:

“To the church of God which is in Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, the called saints.”
