AG Dana Nessel Charges 4 St Clair Shores Residents of Voting 2X

4 Individuals from St Clair Shores voted 2X in the August 6th, 2024 primary election.
:24 – 1 person and 1 vote
2:30 – “double voting in Michigan is extremely rare” (Really? What about the corrupted data from the SOS which frames innocent voter of this crime?)
2:45 - more than 1.8 million residents. In that primary there were 59 reported instances of double voting in Michigan. (NOT according to the data from the SOS!) Nevertheless, the fact that 4 incidents occurred in a single municipality of this size raises significant concerns. (I agree) It’s shocking and it’s simply unheard of. (Unheard of? Really?....)
3:18 – There are procedures in place to assure that this does not happen and that is why it is rare when it does. It takes a perfect story to come together to allow these 4 individuals to double vote. (AG Nessel explains how a perfect storm happens)
4:45 - There were 4 voters in 3 different precincts
6:05 – 3 of the 4 voters wrongly completed an affidavit where they falsely claimed that they did not previously vote in this election.
6:20 - The assistant Clerks illegally altered the state qualified voter file to designate the previously issued voted and returned absentee ballot as having been rejected rather than received and approved for tabulation without making any effort at all to...
7:45 - Any attempt to vote 2x is guilty of a felony. Additionally, any election employee who facilitates double voting may be found guilty of the exact same felony offense. (via aiding and abetting theory)
