Capstone Managers Briefing

This short briefing is intended for management level employees in Federal agencies who are interested in understanding and potentially adopting a Capstone Approach within their agency. Capstone is a new approach to email records management which helps agencies comply with the President's records management directive and the requirement that all agencies manage email electronically by 2016.

Paul M. Wester, Jr., Chief Records Officer for the U.S. Government,  gives a high level overview of the approach and related management level considerations.
