Ingredients:
2 cans tuna chunks in Mineral Water (230 gm)
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
1½ tbsp red chili flakes
salt as required
fresh parsley leaves (chopped), for garnish

Preparation:
Heat coconut oil in the wok over medium heat. Once the wok is hot and ready, sauté the garlic until it is fragrant, about 20 to 30 seconds.
Then add the Kashmiri chili powder, paprika powder, red chili flakes and stir fry for a few seconds.
Add the drained tuna and stir fry for another minute or two; it is ready!
Garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
