r/law | Judge strikes down Georgia six-week ban on abortions after death of Amber Thurman

They had the time after Roe V. Wade was appealed to make good on laws and exceptions for saving the life of the mother and to provide quality healthcare for women - especially those suffering from side effects of an abortion pill. They didn’t - and a boy lost his mother too soon.
