Is KTAC Kubota Insurance worth the cost? As experienced Operator? As a rookie operator? SVL75-3

KTAC is insurance against operational accidents. This isn’t for warranty claims if the air-conditioner fails. It for doing dumb things honestly. If you are a skilled and careful operator you probably do not need it. I am not that and already made my first claim within 5 months of owning the SLV75-3

Insurance pays up to $1,000 for transportation
Your deductible is $250 per claim
Even if you are crazy and drive it off a pier into a lake you are covered for your foolish operation
In my opinion as a rookie it seems to be worth it. I signed up for first 2 years. We will see if I sign up for the second two years.

May 1 Dealer picks up SVL75-3 (no charge for pickup or return under KTAC)
May 2 Dealer calls me to discuss
May 7 Dealer files details with KTAC
May 8 Dealer submits photos of damage beyond what I submitted
Thursday May 23rd Dealer returns Kubota SVL75-3
May 28th Dealer is issued check that I need to sign but wrong amount
June 7th proper check arrives and plastic cover that they failed to fix so I went to sign and pickup
September 22 - still finding broken glass shaking out of hidden places
