Cops Hand Signals

Police are accustomed to walking up and unlawfully asking for ID. That person and their photo is put into ‘The System’. No big deal, right ?

Nine men’s photos have shown up in lineups where witnesses identified THEM as the criminal. They say in jail (one for 22 months) waiting for a trial on a crime that they had NOTHING to do with.

States are granting themselves more and more immunity to things such as this. Do not ID unless you are under arrest for a crime.
