CLEVELAND SURRENDERS STREETS TO THUGS! Strictly Speaking Radio 10/3/24

Thugs and criminals have taken over the city streets of Cleveland. And City Council blames the cops. The same cops who are understaffed by 200-300 officers...UNDER BUDGET. The same cops who have to constantly look over their shoulders to see if they're about to get whacked by criminals...or by the Civilian Review Board. But it's THEIR fault they can't control the streets?!?

Disgraceful.
