Spiritual Warfare E3 - Temptation Part 2

On today's episode, Jana and Reata continue their discussion on temptation. They explore the idea that every temptation is an opportunity to do good and that God uses the enemy's temptations as a way to develop us. Therefore, what the enemy intended for harm, God can use for our development and growth.

Jana and Reata both share past temptations they have failed and current temptations they are still tackling. Reata highlights that she still faces temptations, but she no longer falls for ones she experienced in the past. Alluding to the fact that we are constantly evolving on our spiritual journey.

Moreover, they raise significance to the importance of recognizing moments of temptation, the enemy's common tactics and learning from scripture on how best to overcome them. They also speak on how temptation initiates with a desire inside of you, and bring awareness to the cautionary whispers spoken by the enemy.
