Targeted Individual - Summary

I'm currently being subjected to gangstalking [ https://stopgangstalking.org/gangstalking-common-behaviors ], i.e. Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) [ https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Directed-energy_weapon / https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dazzler_(weapon) ] attacks, computer/phone hacking/surveillance, etc. Subjects of gangstalking are deemed Targeted Individuals (TIs).

I'm not sure exactly why I was targeted, but my best guess is that it was due to "proactive policing", i.e. US DOJ Community-oriented Policing (COP) and Problem-oriented Policing (POP) [ https://cops.usdoj.gov / https://ojjdp.ojp.gov/model-programs-guide/literature-reviews/community-oriented-problem-oriented-policing ]. Another [IMO less likely] possibility could be organized crime network - hired by private citizen with a beef.

Targeted Justice [ https://www.targetedjustice.com ] site seems to have some good info, but I'm not sure if it can be trusted or not. Apparently, only 0.66% of women and 0.17% of men in Western World ever become TIs [ https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/7/2506 ]. However, I still feel that the TI issue is worth discussing.
