Woman charged with fatal hit and run

Troopers say 70-year-old Alfred Lebeau walked into the path of a northbound car and was struck by it. Lebeau was pronounced dead at the scene. The car's driver, 26-year-old Angel Martinez, fled the scene northbound on San Carlos Boulevard and was later located several miles away.
