All The Kings Men (1949)

Directed by Robert Rossen, based on Robert Penn Warren's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel. The film follows the rise and fall of Willie Stark (Broderick Crawford), a populist politician who starts with noble intentions but becomes corrupt as he gains power.
