Mother is 3rd convicted in death of Texas toddler with Down Syndrome

King Dewey is a 4 yr old boy born with Down Syndrome who was thriving with therapies until his mother, Tina Louis, dropped him off at the home of his adult sister, Kirsten Louis and her boyfriend, Jaylin Jevon Lewis.

It was during this time officials believe the toddler was often locked in a padded closet, deprived of food & water, denied healthcare and continued therapies for 9 mos. Within those months, little King dropped from 30+ lbs to just 19 lbs at the time of his death
