Conquest of North Carolina and Tennesee

While they are slaughtering people abroad, sickening and killing people here, they are also making conquest of massive mineral deposits. A huge portion of the homes and businesses wiped out by the floods in North Carolina and Tennesee did not live in a "flood zone." They were exempt from the requirement to have flood insurance. What percentage of those who have lost everything and will have no money to rebuild is unknown. Common sense says the percentage is high. I believe the storm was used as a weather weapon, and it had a major purpose. Watch this video and prove me wrong.
