GAL Modded Asheville Hydraulic Elevator - WCU Coulter Building (Cullowhee, NC)

From the apparences of the exterior, I think this may have once been a General Oiltronic installed by Asheville. It was modded in 2015 by likely the same company with GAL VP/VPMC Fixtures. It has a ridiculosity loud motor, so loud you can hear it in the bathrooms! Cab is really dark, too. Runs okay.
