🏳️ Captured Ukrainian serviceman Vladimir Kovalenko tells about false promises of AFU command

The POW said how he got on the front line, where, according to the command, he was to be changed in a few days:
'They gave us weapons and took us to the positions. They said it would be three to four days, but there was no long-awaited replacement. There were people who didn't change in 20 days'.

Kovalenko added that the situation on the battlefield is very severe.

'We had constant shelling. We were told to hide in shelters, but there was no cover as nothing left in that treeline. I thought I was going to be killed. How can people be sent to death?' the prisoner told about the real situation at the AFU positions. Source
