Policy Enforcement Officers are merely employees of a Corporation. They enforce "policy" not LAW. The only Constitutionally legitimate law enforcement is your County Sherriff because he was elected as a representative by and for "We The People"
So challenge those Road Pirates by choosing not to contract with them.
