Hit & Run on a Pedestrian

On 10/02/24 at approximately 10:05 PM, Chula Vista Police and Fire responded to reports of a traffic collision in the 200 block of Broadway. Upon arrival, they encountered a male who had been crossing the street and was struck by a speeding vehicle. The suspect vehicle took off in an unknown direction leaving the victim in the street. The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. The suspect vehicle is still outstanding. Broadway is closed between Davidson and Est for the investigation.
