Additional charges against New York City Mayor Eric Adams ‘possible,’ prosecutor says

During a court hearing, prosecutors indicated that additional charges against New York Mayor Eric Adams are “possible,” and more defendants are “likely” to be added.

Adams, who has pleaded not guilty to charges of soliciting and accepting illegal foreign contributions, is accused of tampering with witnesses and creating false records to cover up bribes.

The investigation, which began before he became mayor, unearthed evidence linked to Turkish Airlines flights, ABC 7 has reported.
