Becky Pellam is a teacher in Oklahoma. When she came here from her home state of Texas, she was excited to accept a job at Guymon Public Schools.

Sadly, what started out as excitement, quickly turned to frustration and resignation.

She thought a charter school might be a better alternative for her and she accepted a position with DOVE Charter schools, yet her situation there was even worse than before.

Today, Becky provides education to Oklahoma students on her own terms, through her company, Diamond P Academic Consulting.
