During the Belray incident, of Utah in 1993, an abnormal power surge occurred, and houses disappeared. The first victims were sheep, 827 of them, at night, when most of the animals were sleeping, on top of Pine Canyon. The Raft River mountains are notorious, for their fearsome thunder storms. According to the, Park Ranger's official story, an electrical discharge, caused by lightning, moved over the wet earth, and killed all but twelve sheep.

The shepherd, little protected by the plastic floor of his tent, received second degree burns, and passed out for two hours. Yes, they still have shepherds in Utah.

Only one problem. The weather service says that Box Elder County does not suffer lightning storms in autumn. Zero. And there was no rain that night. The air was crisp, the skies were clear and full of stars.

The Belray surge was the result of an accident, during the testing of a new energy source, which also killed every resident, within the Bel Ray Estates community. The following cover-up required, the demolition of that neighborhood, erasing it from the earth, and the disappearance of its small population was hushed up.

The accident was witnessed, from the city of Ogden, by a few insomniacs, and a number of people in a downtown hotel, where the northwest exposure faced the direction of Pine Canyon. All the guests whose sleep was interrupted, described to the police, the same scene. Shafts of bright light, shooting up into the sky.

There is also photographic evidence. A satellite image of a watering hole in the same area shows only a country road nearby. The trails radiating from the water source are made by animals. But in a previous satellite image of the same GPS coordinates, houses can be seen dotting the landscape. Houses which disappeared in the fall of 1993.

How does this get covered up? Maybe because religion is so important in Utah. The people are straight and true, and patriotic. Adherents of the Mormon religion, are those most heavily recruited, by United States intelligence agencies.

In this state, is the largest facility, of the NSA. The NSA leads operations, at the Utah Data Center, which processes the complete content of private emails, cell phone calls, internet searches, bookstore purchases, and parking receipts. The NSA is very good at covering things up.

The Bel Ray surge was not the last of Utah's electrical disturbances. In 2013, massive power surges, which damaged equipment, delayed the opening of the NSA data center itself, by one whole year. Today, running all those computers, and keeping them cool, requires a huge amount of electricity. 65 megawatts annually, for which this one government installation pays 40 million dollars a year. A good motivation, to power it, with a classified new source of energy.
