Day 2 - Straight to The Truth

This is the most important teaching and as you can see, the length of this video is more than 25 minutes. I explain why in this video.

Before filming, I heard a very powerful message from my meditation which why there were a few changes made

As I mentioned this is the main teaching. It is like the switch to the mains. Everything starts from Love

This is the key that unlocks all doors, the bridge that connects all elements of your life and by making this a part of your day, it will improve/enhance everything about you.

Truth is timeless, this has been shared throughout the generations

As you all know, the truth is often rejected, and meditation is the same, because it is the truth

Our Soul is the truth and it is so simple...

Sleep is the Body, Awake is the Mind and Meditation is our Soul.

Starting at the Soul everyday will allow us to experience life in a different light - Meditate is the way

I share many examples from Biblical Texts, Scriptures and The Worlds Greatest Masters all saying the same thing.

This is the way

Remember these are teachings for life, and we get to live life each day.

Always know that this is a continuous journey and at anytime you can come back to these knowings.
