The Girls Trip Gone Wrong

n February 18th 2024, Officer Sutton responded to room 1406 to assist her fellow officers in the investigation of a reported battery. The defendant was being escorted from her room when she battered her friend in front of officers. At which time officer Sutton attempted to take the defendant into custody. The defendant turned her body towards officer Pita, made eye contact with her and intentionally balled her fist and struck her on her chest.
