Today it is me and you discussing REAL topics that are affecting your heart, mind, body, soul and your financial outlook on life! We will start with a workout that targets your chain muscles; i.e. your posterior chain for your glutes, hamstrings and low back. We will also throw in some upper and mid back workouts. We will focus the second part of our show on fear and anxiety that many are writing me about that have to do with where we are in the world and what many are feeling as we are one month away from the Election and stories of strikes and economic climate impacts. We also have exciting news about a special guest coming to our 400th show celebration this Friday as well as opportunities for you to join us in a special workshop that will help with anxiety around the holidays as well setting you on the right course as we approach New Year's Resolutions.
