TN TENNESSEE update : Looting & Violence

Many are stranded or with little reach beyond their local community.
No gas, electricity, water, food, little communication. Generators running out of energy sources. Who knows how many violent illegal immigrants. Private/public citizens trying to help at their expense and risk. Where is out military, national guard and government? Overseas and/or coldly unavailable.
Situation: Desperate for thousands.
