dude got hit while on his bike then went off on the driver 😬

If anyone remembers the exam, a bike takes up the full width of the lane, meaning as much space as a car/suv and a rider can choose the left, center, or right side to ride in that lane... so if a car was in his place, signaling & slowing down to pull into a driveway, would you just drive right through them?
