Russian flags raised over buildings in Ukraine's embattled Vuhledar

Drone videos of Russian flags being raised in Ukrainian town of Vuhledar have appeared on social media on Monday (September 30) and Tuesday (October 1). Reuters was able to confirm the location from buildings, trees and road layouts which matched satellite imagery of the town.
