Buildings Destroyed by Israeli Airstrikes in Beirut

A video from the Associated Press shows smoke rising over parts of Beirut on Tuesday, destroying building blocks. The attacks in Beirut's southern suburbs took place as Israel Defense Forces started what it called "targeted ground raids.
