Assassin's Creed Shadows FAIL! DEI EXPOSED and Pre-Orders FLOP!

Ubisoft delayed Assassin's Creed Shadows for several reason, one that they have admitted to is its need for additional polish. One insider is claiming it is in such rough shape, the new February 2025 release date might even be too hasty.

Couple that with the revelation that the impetus for the outrage, Yasuke, being outed as a machination of DEI and you have a few things that could potentially be getting worked on. Originally planned as a Japanese male, Yasuke might have a different role in the final product.

But a big reason the game was delayed was likely due to the incredibly poor pre-order numbers. Rumor has it that compared to the previous installment in the long running franchise, there was a 93% decline in sales. Yup, only 7% of the sales Assassin's Creed Valhalla had at this time have turned up for Shadows.

Ubisoft is beyond cooked.
