Shocking footage of Joe Biden naked with a minor?

Hi guys, please look at this video. I am not sure but it sure looks like someone who looks like the president of the United States Joe Biden. It looks like Joe is naked and is somewhat coming out of a tent and hitting what seems like a child with a belt. Whether it is a child or whoever, it's not quite clear. I am not quite sure what to make of this folks. If it is a real video it is quite shocking. Dude, if this video is real its no wonder Joe is as bad as he is. It is clear that they have things like this that they are using to control him. Many famous faces who are just like him are also compromised I am sure and are blackmailed by the deep state to do and say whatever they want them too. It is truly scary and these are the people who are meant to look out for our needs.
