Easy Healthy Potato Fill: Satisfying & Delicious!
A tantalizing dish straight out of your dreams! satisfying and really easy to make for any fancy food cravings.
Ingredients per two hungry person or four normal people:
• Potatoes 3 Average sized
• Lemon one
• Tomato one
• Bell Pepper one
• Carrots one
• Onions one big sized
• Chicken fillet 200gr. / 7 ounces
• Tomato Paste one spoon
• Milk 2 glasses
• Olive oil as needed
• Butter 100 gr. / 3.5 ounces
• Mozarella as needed
• Fresh Dill a handful
• Dried Dill one spoon
• Salt & Pepper as needed
• Turmeric Powder as needed
How to prepare it:
Mix milk with sliced potatoes and let them cook on medium heat. Fry onions untill caramelized. Chop fillets into tiny pieces and mix with caramelized onions. Mix grated carrots, chopped bell pepper and skinned tomatoes, then add to the pot. Proceed to add the tomato paste next. After a while, add turmeric, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Stir well and let it simmer.
Mash the baked potatoes and mix with chopped Fresh dill, dried dill and butter, and add bit of salt and pepper for tatste.
For the Oven:
Prepare your baking dish with oiling it first, form the mashed potatoes into a tiny bowl, add bits of mozzarella cheese inside, fill with prepared filling, add more cheese on top.
Pre-heat oven in 180°C/356°F.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the top cheese is grilled.
