They changed the article while I was making this, and since it was archived last night (https://archive.ph/P4l6u), which I found interesting because you can see into how Reuters' dual newswire/online consumer news outlet works. The end of the first slide where I put the footer is where the wire ended last night, the rest of the report audio/slides added before this morning when I was doing it, and then they started editing the beginning while I took a drive, which I then noticed didn't match my slides. There were a few more changes made which you can see here in the later archived version

and track the actual webpage from the link in the archive header to see if it changes more as more details come in. So Reuters puts out the wire to the news companies to report on, then they fill in the details themselves as they come in, at which point the MSM aren't picking it up anymore, it's going directly to the consumer.
