20240714 101954 Tux Coerced to Enjoy the Scratching Posts with Silvervine

#Tux seems to have no interest in using the scratching posts that are part of his cat tree, and I don't want to see them go to waste (and to make me to buy other things for him to scratch!). So, I decided to put silvervine powder onto them to see if that would get him interested in them. At first he only found the little bit of powder that fell off of the posts when I applied it, but then he at least acknowledged the existence of the posts.

It's still very unclear if he'll eventually make the posts his scratchy friends or not. If necessary my next try will probably involve catnip.
