Dear Pastor Bob: I struggle with depression every day. It paralyzes me. I am at the point where I don't really go anywhere or engage with many people. I even stopped going to church since I just don't feel like getting close to anyone. I know I am in a dark pit, but I can't seem to get out of it. Do you have any advice?
