Wat Sika Samut วัดสีกาสมุด (Wat Samud) is located east of the city island, just north of Wat Maheyong.

The monastery is surrounded by a moat, making the temple into a small island. The moat was used as a water sema - a boundary for performing religious rites (Udaka sema).

The site consists of an ubosot or ordination hall and a principal pagoda on the west. The
principal pagoda is bell-shaped on a circular base. The base itself has 20 niches in a lotus
petal shape, in ancient times Buddha images were situated inside these niches. Within the monastery are a number of foundations of chedi rai (satellite chedis).

Its historical background and period of construction are unknown. According to
archaeological evidence, this temple was built in the Early Ayutthaya period. It now sits abandoned and visitors are free to roam the site and enjoy the history of the temple.
