Learn how to make delicious and spicy Tawa Chicken, a quick and flavorful dish cooked on a tawa with tender chicken and aromatic spices. Perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion.

Ingredients:
• 500g boneless chicken
• 4 tbsp oil
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/3 tsp garam masala powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
• 1/3 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Chopped green chili and fresh coriander leaves, (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
• In a bowl, add the chicken pieces, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken:
• Heat a tawa (griddle) or a flat pan on medium heat. Add oil.
• Add the chopped onion and sauté until light golden.
• Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
• Add the marinated chicken pieces to the tawa and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
• Add garam masala , chopped green chili and coriander leaves. Mix well.
• Serve hot with naan, roti, or paratha.
