Gospel of Luke #24 Be merciful - by Faith (9-29-2024)

Exposition of the book of Luke - Chapter 6:32-38
Jesus teaches His disciples that we must choose to be good, merciful, and kind to others. Give and forgive freely because we have been forgiven a sin-debt we could not pay. How? Through faith in God and in obedience to the Word. In this act of our will, we become the most like our Lord and Master, who willingly sacrificed Himself for all of us while we were not good, and no way of becoming good, except through faith in the finished work on the cross by Jesus Christ. Amen.
