The best Meat Loaf and this Recipe is worth trying!!!

Opening a little to even out the edges, hammer just to flatten (as it is one of the most tender cuts in my opinion).
Stuffed with prosciutto, cheese and mustard, a touch of olive, salt, pepper and grilled about 12' x side (high heat) I recommend eating this cut juicy... if you like it more cooked leave it about 5' more per side!!! I added Chimichurri sauce to enhance...what do you think?
