Having your iPhone destroyed by Apple - A Long Way to go!

When Apple damaged our iPhone camera, we went back for a repair. They refused to do any more repairs on the iPhone 11 because it had been opened by an unofficial Apple repair shop beforehand.

I want to fight for the right to repair since there are only 2 official Apple stores in all of South America. Most of the time you are a long flight or drive away from the next official store to repair your device.

In our situation, the iPhone had a defect 1200 km (750 miles) away from the next store. We drove all the way to Rio de Janeiro to have the phone fixed. After they caused a damage to the camera, we confronted them and were told that Apple will not give any warranty not do any more repairs to this phone since it had been opened by a third party repair shop beforehand.
