Matthew 18:15-20, the greatest threat to the Church is chaos and conflict from within the Church, therefore here, Jesus gave instructions to protect the fellowship, unity, and holiness in the Church

Ephesians 4:4-16, discipleship in Christ is the primary form of showing love for the Church. Christ gave people in the Church gifts to make discipleship and ministry possible.
Ephesians 4:7-12, for building up the body of Christ (the Church), Jesus Christ equipped the saints with gifts. Everyone who is in the Church is a "saint" or active participant- there are no passive spectators or passive bystanders. Everyone who is a Christian is an active participant in the Church. Everyone who is a Christian is also active in the field or global theater of operations, sharing the love of Christ with the world. Everyone is supposed to reveal and glorify God to the rest of the world in some unique way.
1 Peter 2:9, everyone who is a child of God proclaims God- God who called them out of the darkness- God who took them out of darkness and sin, and saved them
