Welcome to Day 28 of the 30 Days of Chair Yoga! In Sensation Meditation, we begin with Deep Breathing and gently holding the breath at the top of the inhale and bottom of the exhale. For the Meditation portion, we practice observing the sensation of the air flowing through the nose.
