#KingCounty Superior Court of #Washington Judge #MelindaYoung doesn't think a career criminal, with prior charges of vehicular homicide and assault, is competent to stand trial for murder and so will decide on this matter on December 5th. 80-year-old dogwalker #RuthDalton was a grandmother and beloved by her community. Murderer #JahmedHaynes carjacked her, stabbed her to death and then stabbed her dog to death too. #JudgeMelindaYoung also refused to let Haynes' photo to be released from the courtroom.
