The lazy lifestyles of today’s kids are unemployable in most cases and we need alternatives. They complain too much, take off too much work and when they are at work, they don't produce very much. Often we have to think out of the box to acquire employees for the growing demands of a thriving economy. And sadly most of the kids from the Gen Z generation are the victims of political activism in the education system that was intent by globalism to cripple American GDP. So, to fix that problem, we have to look at what makes a good employee and reform our culture to accommodate those conditions. But in the interim, we have to think out of the box.
