Welcome to day 18 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga! Today, we focus on Lunge Pose. We begin with some warming and opening before focus ing on Lunge Pose. Lunge pose is a great pose to stretch the front of the hip, abdomen and thigh while seated:)
