CJ's Next Level Chicken Tacos | Blackstone Griddles
Get ready for taco night with CJ Frazier's Tequila Lime Chicken Tacos! Enjoy juicy, seasoned chicken, crunchy quick-pickled veggies, and a tangy sauce that makes every bite flavorful. These tacos have just the right mix of zest and spice and can be made in no time on the Blackstone.

Ingredients:
For the Tacos:
2 chicken cutlets
Street taco-sized tortillas
Olive oil
Blackstone Tequila Lime Seasoning
Special Sauce:
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon street taco seasoning
2 tablespoons Herdez chipotle sauce
2 tablespoons mango pineapple juice
Quick Pickled Vegetables:
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
1 red Fresno chile, thinly sliced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon Blackstone Tequila Lime seasoning
Directions:
1. Mix the sour cream, street taco seasoning, Herdez chipotle sauce, and mango pineapple juice in a small bowl to create the special sauce. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the red onion, jalapeño, red Fresno chile, and cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and champagne vinegar, then sprinkle with Tequila Lime seasoning. Toss to coat and let sit while you cook the chicken.
3. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
4. Season both sides of the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and Tequila Lime seasoning. Place them on the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the griddle, let it rest for a minute, and slice into thin strips.
5. Warm the tortillas on the griddle for about 30 seconds per side until they are soft and pliable.
6. To assemble the tacos, place the sliced chicken on each tortilla, top with a spoonful of the quick-pickled vegetables, and drizzle with the special sauce. Garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
7. Serve and enjoy!
